SMS consent at Blue Arrow Property Management is always explicit and voluntary — it is never automatic.

You may opt in through the following method:

  • Owner/Tenant Portal (portal.bluearrowpm.com) Access to our portal requires a unique username and password tied to your individual account. Once logged in, you may navigate to your notification preferences and elect to receive SMS messages. Upon selecting SMS notifications, the system will send a confirmation text message to the mobile number on file. 
  • You must reply YES (or the confirmation keyword provided) to that message to complete opt-in. SMS notifications will not be activated until this confirmation is received. No messages will be sent to your number prior to your confirmed opt-in.
  • Consent is never a condition of receiving property management services. Opting out or declining SMS has no effect on your tenancy, ownership rights, or access to services.

How we use Messaging:

  • We do not sell, trade, or transfer your mobile number or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.Messages sent via SMS are strictly operational and informational in nature — no promotions, sales, or marketing content is ever sent through this channel.Message types include:
  • Water, power, elevator, or other utility outage alerts
  • Scheduled maintenance or repair work affecting your unit or community
  • Parking lot, common area, or access disruptions
  • Community project updates (e.g., lot resurfacing, exterior painting)
  • Time-sensitive HOA or community reminders
  • One-on-one communication initiated by you directly to your property manager
  • Based on our history, you may receive approximately 3–4 community update messages per month via SMS. Message frequency may vary based on active community events or emergencies.Standard messaging and data rates may apply from your carrier.

  • Opt-In Confirmation Record — Timestamp and confirmation of your active reply to our opt-in verification message, retained as documentation of your consent
