Meet the Team
Suzannah Parrish
Owner / Property Manager
Suzannah received her degree in
finance from the University of Louisville
in 2008. After graduation, I went to
work in the debt collection industry for
the next 6 years. During that time, I
decided to pursue my real estate
license and have been a licensed
realtor in KY since 2013. While working
in real estate, she found her niche
working with associations and started
Blue Arrow in January of 2020.

Michelle Anderson
Property Manager
Michelle joined Blue Arrow in 2022 and is new to the
Louisville area. She has several years experience
in customer service, and prior experience in property
management. She is excited to be joining our team
and continue to grow in her knowledge and experience.
Madeline Crawford
Office Administrator
Madeline is currently studying
business administration & economics
at Bellarmine University and comes to
Blue Arrow ready to put whats she’s
learning into practical use. Prior to
joining our team, she was a swim
instructor for kids and still enjoys
teaching her cousins to swim.
